We haven’t had a comp for a while so we thought we’d treat you to the offer of a set of pans from Wilkinson who seem to have taken over the mantle from Woolies as Britain’s new cutprice homeware shop

They have offered a lucky winner £30 worth of goodies which includes a Union Jack-branded frying pan (right) similar to one that Debenhams sells for £16 which they’re selling for £7.97 (useful for when you have a royal round for breakfast), a set of saucepans and some cooking utensils. Hard to credit for the price but Wilko’s have apparently been targetting students this autumn with a ‘Back to College’ range, claiming you can kit yourself out in a student house for under 100 quid (they sell bedding and bathroom stuff too).
